Return Policy

Returns

All items are final sale, unless the item is fully out-of-stock and we are unable to remake it. We do not offer a refund policy since we are a small business and our handmade items are made-to-order. We do, however, accept exchanges and will do everything we can to have your item perfectly made.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within seven days of your items' arrival. Tags must be attached and items unworn. We offer both size exchanges and an opportunity to exchange the item you purchased for something of equal value. Alternatively, we offer in-store credit. Please email infopiecesofporcelain@gmail.com or fill out the contact sheet and we will send you a return label. Once we receive your item, we will have your exchanged item shipped out within one-to-three weeks.
