Handmade with love in Los Angeles, the Belle Dress is an unlined peasant dress with adjustable drawstring bust tie as well as adjustable sleeve ties on armholes. Made of an opaque black poly chiffon fabric with soft flow to it and very slight sheerness. Stretchy elastic all around neckline.
